I am a Research Associate in the Multimedia Knowledge and Social Media Analytics Lab of the Information Technologies Institute, CERTH, Greece. I also collaborate as an instructor of Human Factors - Ergonomics for the MSc in Strategic Product Design Programme (School of Science & Technology, IHU).
My research interests include human factors and cognitive ergonomics, with a special interest in the maritime sector, knowledge elicitation and representation, HCI in safety-critical systems, and user experience evaluation.
I have participated in national and European R&D projects and received an IKY scholarship in support of my research for a Ph.D. in Ergonomics. I am a member of ACM, ACM SIGCHI, and EACE.
