Georgios Melissourgos is a PhD candidate in Human-Computer Interaction at the Department of Informatics of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Informatics department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with specialisation in learning technologies. Georgios brings a multidisciplinary perspective to HCI, with extensive experience across the product development lifecycle—from front-end development and product design to UX research and usability testing. He has contributed to projects in diverse domains, including banking and public sector applications, and currently leads a UX consulting company based in Brussels. He is certified in project management and has a keen interest in making HCI open and accessible. His research interests lie in the field of Human-Computer Interaction, particularly in the development of standardized IX metrics and the factors that impact usability and UX.
