Dr. Stavroula Zoi is an educator and interdisciplinary researcher in creative technologies. Since 2004, she has been a Laboratory Instructor at the Athens School of Fine Arts (ASFA), teaching in the Multimedia Elective Studio (2004–present), the Greek-French Master’s program Art, Virtual Reality & Multiuser Systems of Artistic Expression (ASFA and Paris 8 University, 2012–2020), and the ASFA MA in Digital Arts (2004–2013).

Since February 2023, she has been a postdoctoral researcher at the University of the Aegean and a member of the Intelligent Interaction research group. She also collaborates with the e-learning program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as an academic coordinator of a course (2023–present) and with FournosLab, the experimental laboratory of Fournos Center for Digital Culture in Athens.

She has developed multi-level research within interdisciplinary collaborations, research projects, and artistic/cultural productions.

Dr. Zoi holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Ioannina (1997) and a PhD from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens (2004), where she also participated in Greek and European funded research programs (1998–2004).
