The topic:
Emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and immersive interfaces, are transforming human interactions with digital systems and environments. As these innovations rapidly evolve, it is crucial to prioritize user privacy, build robust trust mechanisms, and maintain human-centered design principles. By thoughtfully integrating technological advancements with ethical considerations, we can create digital experiences that are not only powerful and innovative but also respectful of individual needs and rights.
Following ACM SIGCHI general purpose, in this panel discussion, we aim to highlight the role of the human – technology – user experience, and how their interaction may enable priority strategic objectives and actions that would generate a significant impact in people's lives. In this respect, it would be great if you could elaborate on your standpoint on the topic, share your experiences and insights, address current/future programs and workstreams that you (and your organization) may be involved in, promote collaborations & cooperations, and discuss challenges and opportunities for the greater good.
